Economic Recovery Hub Grant Program

Final Header

As part of a recent statewide effort, AVCOG is partnering with the Department of Economic and Community Development Office to launch the Recovery Hub Grant Program for Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin counties. The goal of the Recovery Hub Grant program is to provide financial assistance to small businesses that were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic but received little or no government assistance up to this point.

Eligible applicants may be awarded from $2,500 up to $20,000 in direct grant funds that are to be used as reimbursement for eligible and documented financial impact related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. These funds can be used in a variety of ways; examples include commercial rent and utilities, inventory, equipment, insurance, payroll and other working capital needs.

Please review the basic eligibility criteria before proceeding with the application.  Not meeting any one of the criteria disqualifies a business from being eligible.
