AVCOG collects Household Hazardous Wastes at the Environmental Depot in Lewiston and at one day collections throughout the Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford county region. Any Maine resident or property owner can bring Household Hazardous Waste to the Environmental Depot or to a Regional One-Day Collection.
For More Information: More information may be obtained at participating town offices, by calling AVCOG and by viewing the facility brochure. The brochure will provide you with additional information on what materials are accepted, how to package it, and how to use the facility and collections.
