AVCOG will also be sponsoring one day collections at various sites throughout the region (Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford Counties). The events are open to all Maine residents with those from participating towns (many towns in the AVCOG region) able to participate at no cost. Others will be charged a fee. Quantities accepted at one-day collections are not limited unless deemed excessive. Those having more than 20 gallons should call for information.
